Cool Spring Facilities Use Request Form
This form is to be used by any person or group looking to reserve the Indoor Facilities (any number of people) or the Outdoor Facilities (for 12 or more people) at the Cool Spring Preserve.

Submission of the
Cool Spring Facilities Use Request Form is NOT a guarantee of reservation. A staff member of PVAS will contact you to confirm or deny your reservation request. PVAS reserves the right to deny your request for any reason. If your request is confirmed, you will then be asked to pay any associated fees. Please submit all requests at least 2 weeks prior to your planned activity.

Cool Spring Facilities Use Agreement *
•  Cool Spring Preserve is open from dawn to dusk only. It is closed at dark.
• This reservation request does NOT secure the entire facility or preserve for your event. There may be other visitors at the preserve. 
• Applicant is responsible for leaving the facilities in the same condition you found them. This includes removing all decorations and taking all trash to the dumpster at the conclusion of your event. You will be responsible for paying for damages that may occur during your event. 
• Please respect neighbors and their property. Observe the posted speed limit.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR FIRES ARE PERMITTED!  
• No releasing balloons or paper lanterns. Absolutely no glitter, confetti, or silly string.
