TV and RADIO INTERVIEW CONSENT

At times the Club may be approached for the players to be filmed for television or interviewed for radio. The TV station or radio station will ask for a consent form to be signed. On filling in this form you give consent for Barnet Panthers officials (committee members or coaches) to sign any TV and/or Radio consent forms on behalf of the player/your child in relation to any TV or radio work related to Barnet Panthers.
