With almost 5000 attendees in the first year, PixelFest is excited to share that all types of exhibitors will be welcome to sell and showcase in PixelFest 2.017! Since the event is being held in Slover Library and not a traditional convention center, exhibitor spaces are highly limited.


April 7-9, 2017

Slover Library - 235 E Plume St, Norfolk, VA 23510

-Friday April 7: noon-5:00pm
-Saturday April 8: 10:00am - 5:00pm
-Sunday April 9: 11:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 9:00am-11:45am
Saturday 8:00am-9:45am


-VENDOR BOOTHS (Vendors and other B2C businesses)
Vendor Booths' area varies depending on location and are granted on a first come, first serve basis. DOES NOT include tables or chairs. Tables cannot exceed 6 feet in length. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high. Vendors can bring additional shelving. Electrical and internet are limited; please notify us if needed.

-DEV CON BOOTHS (B2B business and major business ONLY)
Dev Con Booths will be displayed on 6th floor alongside the professional level speakers and tracks. Includes one Dev Con Includes one 4 ft table and one chair. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high. Electrical and internet are limited; please notify us if needed.

-INDIE GAME TABLES (Independent Game Developers ONLY)
Indie Game Tables will be displayed on the 5th floor. Includes one table, one chair. Access to electricity is provided, but please bring extension cords. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high.

-ARTIST ALLEY TABLES (Comic Book Artists, Comic Authors, and Handmade Creators/Crafters ONLY)
Artist Alley Tables will be displayed on the 3rd floor. Includes one table, one chair. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high.

-All materials must be “All Age Appropriate”
-Food, Firework, and Weapon sales are PROHIBITED.
-Bring your own tablecloths, displays, and signage.
-Displays CANNOT be attached to or hang from Slover Library walls.
-Tables CANNOT exceed 6 feet in length.
-Displays CANNOT exceed 10 ft high.
-Free Wifi is available via the library.
-No Subletting or Sharing your table of any kind.

PixelFest is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
PixelFest reserves the right to cancel any exhibitor at any time.

Vendor Booths $250 (1st - 5th Floor)
Dev Con Booths $250 (6th Floor)
Indie Game Table $50 (5th Floor)
Artist Alley Table $50 (3rd Floor)

All applications will be reviewed by our judging committee and approved exhibitors will be notified within two weeks if accepted. Payment is due within 5 business days of approval. Unpaid spaces will go to the next person on the wait list. Full payment is due before announcing on our website and social media. SPACES ARE HIGHLY LIMITED.

Between Feb 1 to February 15 receive 75% refund
February 15 to March 1 receive 50% refund
After March 1st no refunds will be given

We understand that not all exhibitors can make Friday April 7. While we expect Friday to have plenty of traffic, exhibitors do have the option to arrive Saturday morning. Any Exhibitor who has not arrived by 10:00am Saturday April 8 will forfeit their table and not be eligible for a refund.

All areas must be clean of debris or you will be subject to a clean up charge of $75. Do not leave any trash behind. Any damages made TO the building will be subject to penalty.

Each Dev Con Booth receives 1 Dev Con pass. Dev Con passes grant wearer access to all tracks and speakers on the 6th Floor. Additional Dev Con passes can be purchased on the Eventbrite page.
