ALL INDIA TEST SERIES – TERMS & CONDITIONS (To be accepted before attempting the test) *Organizer:* Vibrant Academy, represented by *M. S. Chouhan* and *Nishant Jindal* By proceeding with this test, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Consent for Data Collection & Usage I hereby voluntarily consent to provide my personal and academic information including but not limited to: Name, Contact details (Mobile Number, Email ID), Academic details (Class, Stream, Exam preparation), and Test performance data (Marks, Rank, Accuracy, etc.). I understand that this data will be collected, stored, processed, and used by the Organizer. Permission for Promotional Use I expressly authorize the Organizer to use my Name, Photograph (if submitted), and Test results (marks, rank, performance metrics) for promotional, marketing, branding, and advertisement purposes across Social Media Platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, etc.), Websites, digital campaigns, and printed materials. No prior approval or compensation will be required or provided. Data Sharing & Distribution Rights I give full consent that my data may be shared with educational institutions, coaching institutes, colleges, and partner organizations, used for academic analysis, ranking, and performance evaluation, and distributed in rank lists, reports, or databases. No Claim & Waiver of Rights I agree that I will not claim ownership over the data submitted, will not raise objections regarding its use as mentioned above, and waive any rights to compensation, royalty, or legal claims arising from such use. Accuracy of Information I confirm that all information provided by me is true and accurate. Any false information may lead to disqualification without notice. Test Integrity & Fair Use Any malpractice, cheating, or use of unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify results if any irregularity is found. Modification of Terms The Organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Final Authority All decisions taken by the Organizer regarding test conduct, evaluation, and rankings shall be final and binding. Mandatory Acceptance I understand that if I do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, I should not proceed with the test. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kota, Rajasthan.
