This form is to request a quote/order for custom sugar cookies. Once your information is received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email to confirm the order.  You are not on my calendar until I receive confirmation and required deposit. Invoices are sent to your email through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to submit payment.

Please know that orders are taken based on my availability. I am a full-time elementary school teacher, so my baking schedule is limited certain times of the year. Baking and decorating sugar cookies is a very time consuming process. The more notice you are able to give, the better I will be able to accommodate your needs.  
Basic decorated cookies (1-2 shapes, 1-2 colors) begin at $45/dozen (one dozen minimum). More detailed designs (3-4 shapes, 4-6 colors, personalization, airbrushing, gold/silver, etc.) will increase the price per dozen. Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made by email at least one week prior to the pick up date and confirmed by an email from Sweet Style Cookie Kitchen.  Changes to an order may incur additional fees. Refunds will not be given for failure to pick up your order.

I am happy to use your photos as inspiration, but please understand that every cookie artist has their own style so exactness is not guaranteed. I will so my best to match colors, but again, exactness is not guaranteed. Please include your name and event date in the email subject line.

Cookie pick up will be in Southwest Springfield. Location will be listed on the invoice.
 
Sweet Style Cookie Kitchen is located in Springfield, Missouri, operates under Cottage Law and is not subject to inspection by health departments. For this reason, shipping is not available. Local orders only.
