Hi families,

We’re so excited for summer camp and appreciate you already getting started with registration through Brightwheel!

We know the weekly enrollment process has been a little tricky, and we’ve had several questions come in. (Trust us, we have not loved the sign up process this year either!!) To help us make sure everything is accurate and organized, we’re asking all families to complete a quick Google Form with your child’s updated summer camp weeks. (Even if you have already chosen weeks in "sign ups", please complete this form. The weeks selected in this form will be the official weeks your child will be enrolled in)

This will allow us to double-check schedules and ensure we have everything correct on our end. We’re also collecting your child’s t-shirt size through the form so they can receive their free camp shirt!

You will receive a confirmation of your weeks. Please use this to keep up with what weeks you have signed up for. If you need to cancel a week, all you need to do is send us a message in brightwheel and we will take care of it! (If a payment has already been sent off, there will be no refund. Payments will always be submitted on Friday for the upcoming week)
