Speakers Application Form - NapulETH 2025
Hello! We are glad you are considering to speak at NapulETH 2025. Please fill out this talk submission form.

DISCLAIMER: Before submitting, please take note of the following:
  1. The conference takes place in Naples, Italy, from July 17th to July 19th 2025; These dates are final, so plan accordingly.
  2. If accepted, you will be required to submit a slide deck later on. There will be a deadline for slides submission (likely at least 2 weeks before the conference) and you will do EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER to not cross it.
  3. All talks will have to be given in person. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you can't make it for whatever reason, we will have to turn you down as a speaker.
  4. Talk acceptance or rejection is definitive. There is no appeal process;
  5. We will not cover for any of your travel/accommodation expenses. There are no paid speakers at our event;
  6. If you have a preference for talking on a particular day, we will try to accommodate you accordingly, but please note that we cannot offer any guarantee at the moment;
  7. Agenda is definitive. Please do not ask us to change the date or time of your talk once you received your speaking slot;
  8. If you apply for a talk and get accepted, you won't be allowed to change the talk subject afterwards;
  9. You are allowed to apply multiple times. All applications will be evaluated separately and submitting for multiple talks won't impact your chances to get in;
  10. NapulETH has a strict NO SHILLING policy. It is ok to talk about things that are related to what you do (e.g. a problem you had to solve, a new DeFi primitive your company developed, etc.). It is not ok to use your talking slot as a free advertisement space. Please note that we will check your slides and will turn you down if you do not comply with this policy.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE AND THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER. Any latter change (can you change my bio? Can you change my displayed name?) is a total pain in the ass to implement for us.
Organizing an event is a lot of work and we're striving to keep things as streamlined as possible. In other words, we won't guarantee that we'll be able to implement any changes at a latter stage.
