Pitch@WCC 2023 Application
Pitch@WCC is an event that provides WCC students and community members an opportunity to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and advance their business concepts toward becoming an operating and profitable business.

Cash prizes range from $500 - $7,500, based on your business category: Start, Build, Grow, or Nonprofit (definitions listed below). Final category determination will be made by Pitch@WCC organizers.

Eligible applicants to this year’s Pitch@WCC must be:

*A WCC student or local community member who is an aspiring or current entrepreneur whose business serves customers in our region.

*A for-profit business owner or a future entrepreneur with a business idea. Pitch@WCC is designed for businesses in our local community, including freelancers, but not for franchise owners, multi-level marketers or those seeking venture capital.
OR
*A non-profit organization at any stage of business growth. Intent or registered as a 501c3.

*You CAN apply if you participated in past competitions, but NOT if you won any Pitch@WCC prizes.

The deadline to submit this form is 5:00pm on Friday, February 17th, 2023. 

By submitting this application form, you will enter into Phase 1 of this competition. Pitch@WCC 2023 consists of two phases:

*Phase 1: Pitch Your Pitch - Submit this application form along with a link to your 2-minute Pitch Your Pitch video by Friday, February 17th, 5:00pm.

*Phase 2: Pitch Live and IN PERSON (finalists only) - From the video submissions, up to 12 finalists will be selected to pitch live and in person the evening of Thursday, May 11th. Finalists will only pitch against others in their same category: Start, Build, Grow, and Nonprofits. All participants will be notified of final selections Monday, March 6th by 5:00pm.
