Chardon Youth Wrestling Registration
The official feeder program for Chardon High School Wrestling and backed by the Takedown Club, we provide programming for wrestlers in grades K-6.  Topper Tykes is for first year wrestlers in grades PreK-1.  Wrestlers in grades 2-6 should sign up for the Red training program.  We are also gauging interest and developing coaching dedicated to a girls’ program.  A change from previous years - this year, coaches will determine who is ready for next level training and competition and will assign wrestlers to the Black team as the season progresses.  Cost for participation in events outside of the regular BWA league matches for Black team will be the responsibility of the wrestler (ex. OAC duels, Ohioquest Tourneys, etc.).

Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with the use of the recreational facility and engaging in the activity and program, and in consideration of Chardon Takedown Club in accepting registrant for its programs and activities, the undersigned hereby assumes any risk and releases, discharges, and otherwise indemnifies the Chardon Takedown Club, its employees and agents, including the owners of the facilities utilized by the Takedown Club, against any claim for injuries received by the registrant as a result of participation in the program and activity or use of the facilities or during transport to or from same, which transportation is hereby authorized. 3. The undersigned hereby gives consent for emergency medical care prescribed by a duly licensed physician or doctor of dentistry. This care may be given under whatever circumstances are necessary to preserve the life, limb, or well-being of the registrant.
