Student Waiver

Although Solver’s Problems LLC endeavors to provide a safe environment, I understand that my child/ward’s participation  in Solver’s Problems programs may involve a certain amount of unavoidable and unforeseeable risk. I fully and voluntarily consent to my child/ward’s participation in the Solver’s Problems programs. In exchange for my child/ward’s participation, I agree to release and hold harmless Solver’s Problems LLC, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from all injuries, damages, expenses, demands, claims,  and causes of action, of whatever kind, arising from or by reason of any personal injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, that are caused by ,or in relation to, my child/ward participating in the Solver’s Problems Program or related activities, as long as such injuries or damages are not the result of gross negligence, intentional neglect, or willful or wanton unlawful conduct misconduct by Solver’s Problems LLC, its officers, directors, employees or and agents.

I further agree to indemnify and defend Solver’s Problems LLC, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from all injuries, damages, expenses, demands, claims, and causes of action, of whatever kind, arising from or by reason of any personal injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, that are caused by or in relation to the conduct of my child/ward during their his/her participation in a Solver’s Problems program or related activities.
