Greetings Relatives!!

Thank you for your interest in supporting the 6th Annual Healing Circle on Saturday April 30th from 1pm-6pm. We look forward to working with community members to help uplift the space. We are looking for volunteers ages 15 and up to support in set up, take down, art build, community safety and planning sessions. By completing this form, it will help us understand and offer volunteer opportunities that best suit you and the needs for the day.

**If you are under 18, we will send you a parent/guardian form to be signed for permission/consent**

**Information collected will only be used for purpose of the Healing Circle and will not be shared with others**
