Annapolis Film Festival, Inc. (AFF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is grateful for your support of the 14th Annual Annapolis Film Festival, to be held March 26-29, 2026. Four (4) Gold ALL ACCESS festival passes, parties, ticket packages, brand/name visibility Opening Night and throughout the festival. Option to sponsor venue, party or showcase. Custom options offered, Please contact Lee Anderson (Lee.Anderson@annapolisfilmfestival.com) for more information.

SIGNATURE
Two (2) Gold ALL ACCESS festival passes, parties, ticket packages, brand/name visibility Opening Night and throughout the festival. Option to sponsor a showcase or spotlight film.

SUSTAINING
Two (2) Gold ALL ACCESS festival passes, parties, ticket packages, brand/name visibility Opening Night and throughout the festival. Option to co-sponsor a showcase.

SUPPORTING+
Two (2) Silver PREMIUM festival passes, access to select parties (including Opening Night Pre-Reception & Saturday Bash), and underwrite a feature film.

As applicable to your chosen Sponsorship Level, we would like to collect your logo(s) for use during the festival. Please email any logo files to Stacie Jones Gentzler, Festival Producer (festivalproducer@annapolisfilmfestival.com). We strongly prefer full-resolution vector files in PNG, EPS, or SVG format, but can also accept JPG or PDF. Ideally we can have these as soon as possible!

Disclosure & Details
Corporate Sponsors
It is the responsibility of the corporate sponsor to provide print program materials to AFF by February 20, 2026, and on-screen materials, by March 1, 2026. This includes high-resolution logos, print ads, or other artwork needed to fulfill the benefits of sponsorship. AFF will be unable to provide these benefits and no refunds will be made in the case of missed deadlines.

Festival Pass Delivery
AFF will provide Festival Passes and accompanying materials for All Access Levels prior to Opening Night. All other passes will be available for pick up beginning Monday March 23, 2026 at 12pm at Will Call, Ticket Central, Maryland Hall, 801 Chase Street, Annapolis. The sponsor understands that passes are complimentary, but minimal service charges will apply per screening.

ALL PASS HOLDERS MUST RESERVE SEATS FOR OPENING NIGHT, Thursday, March 27, 2025. All Access pass holders will receive priority line access and General Admission seating. Seating for all other pass holders is General Admission, with seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. RSVP details will be provided in separate communication closer to the festival.

Relationship
This agreement represents the only relationship between AFF and Sponsor and there is no other relationship between the parties, expressed, implied, or otherwise.

I have read, understand, and agree to the above and represent that I have full authority to bind the organization for which I submit this form.

Pass Value
Annapolis Film Festival, Inc. (AFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN #36-4730103. Donations in excess of the value of goods or services provided by AFF are tax-deductible to the extent provided by applicable law. AFF's good faith estimate of the value of festival passes is as follows: Festival Pass, $195; Premium $350; All Access Pass, $2,500 (2 Gold Passes valued at $2250). OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
AFF is making every effort to make our 14th Film Festival an engaging live event. Tickets and pass purchases are non-refundable. If the Festival is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, all pass and ticket purchases will be applied to cover expenses incurred. We appreciate your continued sponsorship and support of AFF.
