There will be an opening circle where the agenda for the day will be decided. There are 3 session slots, and multiple breakout spaces. The participants co-create the sessions (so you can host one too) and we put up everything on a common timetable for the day. So if there are 5 breakout spaces and 3 session times, there will be total 5x3 = 15 sessions happening of which you can choose and attend 3. You are free to hop between places any time. We also encourage you to bunk sessions and do other games and activities going on, or have a long conversation with a friend. At the end of the day there will be a closing circle with a recap of the day, reflections. By the way, "Relax. Nothing is under control" ;)
