Grade Level Acceleration K-8 for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year 
This application should be completed for a student enrolled at HCMS, WRMS, or WHS who is requesting to take a Credit By Exam (CBE) without prior instruction.  Complete this form if you are interested in accelerated an entire grade level. 

Questions concerning the CBE, how the grade and credit are recorded, and whether the student's schedule is impacted should be addressed with the student's school counselor.

Important Notice: Eanes ISD is a District of Innovation, and through that process, we are able to exempt ourselves from certain state requirements or set criteria. Our plan, approved by the School Board and state, has set the passing criteria at 90% for these assessments.
