Sales
Vendor keeps 100% of sales.
Vendor is responsible for:
• Payment processing
• Collecting/remitting Wisconsin sales tax if applicable
• Providing receipts if required
Space & Setup
• Badgerland provides designated space only.
• Vendor provides all tables, displays, extension cords,
etc., unless otherwise stated.
• Displays must be stable and safe.
• No open flames without written approval.
Liability
Vendor agrees to:
• Assume responsibility for their property and materials
• Hold Host harmless for loss, theft, or damage
• Maintain any required permits or insurance
Badgerland is not responsible for vendor merchandise and or personal injury.
Community Agreements
This is a values-based event. Vendor agrees to:
• Practice inclusivity and respect
• Avoid hate-based or discriminatory content
• Maintain professional and community-minded conduct
• Follow venue rules
Badgerland may remove a vendor for unsafe, illegal, or harmful
behavior.
Cancellation
Badgerland may cancel due to weather, emergency, or force majeure
without liability beyond refund of booth fee.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of
Wisconsin.
