Internship Proposal Form
Please submit this form by the end of the second week of classes of the term. To receive one course credit for an internship experience, you must complete 100 hours of applied experience along with a significant academic project that is arranged with your faculty supervisor. You may also be responsible for a number of additional requirements due to the unique circumstances of your internship site.

**Please only complete this form after you and your Union College supervisor have decided on your activities, reading list, and significant academic project.  This form will be presented to your advisor and to the department chair for approval.**

What happens next?
This form will be forwarded to the psychology department chair and your internship advisor, who will notify the department Administrative Assistant (Christine Mennillo) when your internship has been approved. Ms. Mennillo will send your approval to the registrar's office. You will receive registration confirmation from the registrar when it's complete.
