Competitive Aquatics Scholarship
This form begins the scholarship application process for Rochester Swim Club and Rochester Diving Club athletes. 

Scholarships cover group fees only. Annual registration fees and meet fees are not covered by the scholarship. 

Once the initial information is recorded and verification approved, your registration details will be handled by the appropriate personnel for your program. Scholarship families need to renew their verification each year they participate.
