I may or may not choose to share your commission on my social media accounts unless a private commission has been specified.

Upon accepting your commission request, I will give you an indication of how many commissions are ahead of you in line and when I think I should be able to start your commission. These estimates may change as things in my day job shift. I only work on commissions part time in the evenings and when time allows on weekends. I will communicate with you as things change and when your commission is ready to be started.

Please keep communications to one platform or email thread. I may ask to transfer communication to email if it becomes needed.

Please feel free to check in on your commission but please refrain from asking for updates to frequently.

I tend to work best when I remove myself from internet access. So please note my communications can be on the slower side. I try to check my emails and messages in the morning and again late at night.

Commissioner must be able to provide reference for their commission. 2-3 images is preferred. If you wish for anything specific such as pose, expression, alterations from the reference images, etc please make sure to state this otherwise I will reference the image and do whatever I think will work best. 

Please make sure to provide a short 2-5 sentences about your character and their personality.

I will provide a rough sketch for your approval. If you want any revisions to the expression or minor pose adjustments, this is where you can request revisions.

Revisions will be shown for approval. Additional revision requests are available at an additional charge.

After rough sketch approval, I will take to cleanup and color. At this stage, you will get to see the final color piece and request color revisions.

Final deliverables will be saved on white, black and transparent backgrounds unless it is a full illustration with background.

Finished PNGs will be emailed out upon completion of payment

Payment is expected before the start of sketching. 

Payments can be made in full or in installments. For installments please reach out to me via email or DM to discuss your needs

50% of full payment must be received before the rough sketch is delivered

100% of full payment must be received before the final images are delivered.

Please note that I do not often give out full refunds and give refunds at my discretion

If for any reason you no longer wish to move forward with the commission (ie: you don’t like the direction I took, can no longer afford it, decide you want to commission someone else, etc etc) please reach out immediately. Your refunds percentage will be based on how much work has already been done. Completed work isn’t eligible for a refund

Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial work, please reach out for my freelancing rates.

You can share your commission online wherever you like. Please make sure to tag or mention @ Honeybeastly.

As the artists, I may or may not choose to post your commission on my socials. I don’t share every commission I take on and whether I share or not is not personal.

As a policy, I do not promote or directly link to others projects, videos, streams, galleries, kickstarters, etc. If I post your commission I will tag (directly or indirectly) the commissioner. 

Should you wish for your commission to be private, please reach out and make sure to specify that.
