CIOs, FOAs, Agency and Special Status Student Organizations

On July 1, 2014, the ODOS Event Planning Services Office will launch a new scheduling system.

With the implementation of the new system, each organization is required to designate a maximum of two individuals to serve as the primary reservation contact for the organization. Each Event Requestor is required to attend a one hour training session at Newcomb Hall before system access is granted. Upon completion of the training, an ODOS Event Planning Services staff member will authorize your ITS - issued username and password for system access and notify you via email.
