Mindfulness Through Movement
Dear Inner Peace Seeker,

Thank you for being curious about using the temple that we live in (our bodies) as the vessel to get us into stillness.

I have found that sometimes, traditional meditation as we know it, is not enough to quieten the overactive mind that gets stronger and stronger in the ever demanding and fast pace world we currently live in.

Mindfulness Through Movement is a practice focused on using the Body to quieten the Mind so the Soul can speak to us and with that, tap into our full potential.

Overtime, I have discovered that when we consciously choose to connect with what some call our "inner body", this becomes a powerful portal into stillness & presence.

When we consciously follow the way in which our bodies move, our Presence grows bigger & stronger and conversely, the mind activity decreases. It's only in that moment when the mind has quietened when we are fully open to connect with that deeper dimension that is greater than ourselves, our Soul.

Mindfulness Through Movement is not a physical workout but a journey within through which Freedom & Inner Peace can be found.

Even though the duration of the practice and the content of the practice itself will vary from one session to another depending on the energy of the group, overall, a Mindfulness Through Movement session will consist of breathwork, meditation, shaking, chi, conscious free-flowing dance and yin yoga.

I offer different online & live workshops, so please, reach out if you are curious about learning how to use your body as a portal to stillness and with that, to your best life.

Big Love & Good Vibes,
Mencey
