PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in horseback riding and other related activities provided by Eagle Mountain Ranch (“the Ranch”), I agree to the following:
1. Assumption of RiskI understand that horseback riding and related activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: falling off a horse, being kicked, bitten, or thrown; equipment failure; weather conditions; and encounters with wildlife. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.
2. Release of LiabilityI hereby release, waive, and discharge Eagle Mountain Ranch, its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur as a result of participation in these activities.
3. Medical TreatmentI give permission for Eagle Mountain Ranch to provide or arrange emergency medical treatment if necessary. I am responsible for all medical costs incurred as a result of injury.
4. Minor RidersIf signing on behalf of a minor (under 18), I certify that I am their parent/legal guardian and I consent to this agreement on their behalf.
