This is an application of interest, not a guarantee of acceptance. All applications are reviewed and responded to on a first come basis. Applications for Semester 1 will be accepted until July 31, 2026. After that date, applications received will be put on a waiting list for Semester 2. Applications for Semester 2 will be accepted until November 27, 2026. There are a limited number of spots available so please complete all information.

I understand that communication is critical and it is necessary to read and respond to emails from the program director and the school entity.

I understand that all students who enter our 1/2 day in person program will follow all in person handbook policies, including the cell phone policy.

I understand that if accepted into the program, both student and parent are required to attend an onboarding session to review program policies and review curriculum.

I understand that all students are required to participate in state mandated tests such as WIDA, ILEARN, and SAT. This will require that students take assessments on-site, in person at FHS.

I understand that all attendance policies apply. Students who are deemed habitually truant (missing more than 10 days unexcused) can be removed from the program.

I understand that if I miss more than 10 unexcused days online, the law states that I must return to in-person learning in some capacity.
