**Please read the information below. By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms**
- This year, we will be offering INDOOR vendor space! There will be 6ft rectangular tables provided inside the Webb Center. One table and two chairs will be provided for each registered vendor. Vendors will be randomly assigned to a table location indoors.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been approved.
- If the weather is not ideal, we will notify you in advance of any changes to the event.
- #757Breastfeeds is not responsible for vendor’s property.
Vendor Responsibilities:
- Organizations are encouraged to register as vendors if they offer lactation services, can provide educational resources relevant to pregnant and postpartum parents and their children, and/or sell products for parents and infants who breastfeed and/or pump.
- All vendors are expected to attend a vendor meeting (tentatively scheduled for the first week of August) to discuss final logistics. This meeting will also allow vendors an opportunity to meet one another before the event.
- As promotional content is released, we ask all vendors to share the flyers with their networks to raise community awareness of the event.
- Vendors are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event (8:30am) to find their table and set up.
- Vendors are responsible for their own set up and break down within the times provided for the event.
- All organizations/vendors are required to provide a sign or banner for participants to identify their booth.
- All organizations/vendors are required to provide pamphlets, educational materials, or products to pass out at their tables related to their services.
#757Breastfeeds is dedicated to creating a safe, mutually respectful environment for all participants. We therefore reserve the right to deny or revoke the participation of any persons or organizations whose values do not align with CINCH's commitment to ensuring safety and health for all children in the Eastern Virginia Region.
While we encourage vendors to engage in brave conversations and approach difficult issues with curiosity, we will not tolerate the mistreatment of fellow community members based on sex, gender expression, race, ethnicity, religion, ability, or any other characteristic.
