Thank you for your interest in joining UVFA as a City, State, or Country Lead! As a branch lead, you’ll have the opportunity to start and manage your own UVFA branch in your community, recruit and coordinate volunteers, collaborate with local animal shelters, and run projects that make a real impact for animals in need — all while being part of a global student-led initiative.
Important Note: To become a State (if you are from the U.S.) or a Country (outside of the U.S.) Lead, you have to successfully launch a City branch first, to showcase your leadership and dedication. After your branch is thriving, you can talk to the core team to step up as a State/Country Lead.
What we expect from you:
- Dedicate a minimum of 3–5 hours per week to your branch.
- Use UVFA’s branding and social media channels to promote your branch and its activities.
- Recruit and manage a team of volunteers.
- Organize local projects such as awareness campaigns, donation drives, or volunteer days at shelters.
- Submit weekly updates to the UVFA core team with results, photos, and any challenges or successes
This form helps us get to know you, your experience, and your vision for your branch. Please answer honestly and thoughtfully. We’re looking for motivated students who are ready to take initiative, inspire others, and dedicate time!
