If you need any advice, have any questions, or just need to vent, you’re in the right place! This is an anonymous google form where you can get the answers to all your questions, queries, and problems! I will respond as soon as I can, and hopefully help you out with what you’re struggling with!

1. If you submit a response to this google form OR you email me, EVERYTHING is private. Your name will never be revealed.
2. Your response might be added to my page on the Raider Review website, to encourage others to participate. HOWEVER, if you really do not want to be featured anonymously, you won’t be added.
3. Please sign a fun (fake) name at the end of your response. Example: You are writing about wanting a prom date for Senior prom, your name could be I want a date for prom! Or I deserve a promposal!!
