PrismA General Member Sign-Up
Thank you for your interest in PrismA! Hopefully, you've read over our website (http://www.ucprisma.com/) and know a bit about our team and what we do, so now we want to know a little more about you! This will help us to better meet your expectations and to better place you in a portfolio within PrismA.

Please note that $5 membership fee must be e-transferred to ucprisma.acctfi@gmail.com in order to sign-up. In the e-transfer comments section please state your name, student ID, what you are applying for i.e. General Member, and the date you are sending your e-transfer. If your mobile application does not allow for this before you send the e-transfer, email  ucprisma.acctfi@gmail.com with the same details.

Once we have received your application and e-transfer, someone from the HR team will contact you for confirmation within a few days.
