After you have completed this form, please email us your logo. All logo submission must be clear and in the form of an SVG file. If you have any questions, feel free to email us.

For Business/Corporate Events

If you would like brand labels displayed on candles being made at your event. Please send us your logo and follow the directions under 'For Fundraisers'
