KYACAC Award Nomination Form
KYACAC annually recognizes an outstanding award winner in each of the following categories: high school guidance counselor, college admission professional, new college admissions or secondary counseling professional, and professional in a senior leadership role.  Below is a description of the criteria for each award:

Carolyn Quire Service Award - Recognizes an outstanding high school guidance counselor for his/her demonstrated service and contributions to the profession of counseling students in transition.

James L. Grigsby Service Award - Recognizes an outstanding college admission professional for his/her demonstrated service and contributions to the profession of counseling students in transition.

Rising Star Award - Recognizes an outstanding new college admissions or secondary counseling professional (in the profession for less than five years) for his/her demonstrated service and contributions to the profession of counseling students in transition.

Supervisor Award - Recognizes a professional in a senior leadership role (high school principal, central office professional, Director of Admissions, Chief Enrollment Officer, etc.) who has demonstrated support for KYACAC through promoting awareness, encouraging participation and professional growth of its members, and by showing appreciation for the organization and its mission.
