Koha and reimbursement: Phase 2
The IICR Network Framework outlines the types of support we have funds for, to enable Network members to participate in IICR research activities.  We can provide Koha for participation where the work is not part of your paid mahi (work), including where your paid mahi (work) is not able to support your time participating in this project (ie non-profit organisations or self-employed).

We can also provide reimbursement for support or accessibility needs to any Network participants which enable them to participate, such as childcare (but this is very flexible support so please tell us what you need).

IICR Network members are invited to complete this form to request koha for your time and/or any support or accessibility reimbursement to enable you to participate in Phase 2 of the IICR research (Sept- Nov 2025). Koha for this phase is offered around intended activity participation in workstreams/activities.

Please reach out to ellen@brainbox.institute if you have any questions or to discuss further.
Requests will be considered as quickly as possible, and we will be in touch with next steps.

Reimbursement requests/other koha
We would like to provide reimbursement for support or accessibility needs to any Network participants which enables them to participate, such as childcare (but this is very flexible support so please tell us what you need). Please let us know below if we can help.

Additionally, Network members can be offered koha for any additional workload or responsibilities they take on in this phase of activity, including community engagement, facilitation, or output-related work, by agreement between the Project lead and IICR Network member. We understand this may not be known until later in the Phase, and additional request forms can be filled out as needed during the phase.
