Southern Maine Stockyard Meat Order Form
Welcome to Southern Maine Stockyard.  This order form is for all meat purchased for 2022.  

Southern Maine Stockyard was founded by two Army Veterans with a mission to raise nutritionally dense, clean food, educate and empower the community, and provide access to these foods for all.

Buyers are responsible for butchering and smoking costs for all pork and beef products.

All CSA shares are due within the first week of every month.  

Plan ahead, we are a smallish operation and can only manage so many animals at this time.

As always feel free to stop by and check out the farm and see your animal.

Poultry (Spring) *
Please select # of whole chickens you would like from the Spring batch.  Slaughter date would be around Memorial Day.  Price is $5.50/lbs.  
Poultry (Fall) *
Please select # of whole chickens you would like from the Spring batch.  Slaughter date would be in October.  Price is $5.50/lbs.  
Thanksgiving Turkey *
Please select Yes or No for a Thanksgiving Turkey.  Turkeys will be available week before Thanksgiving for pick-up.  
Pork (CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK)
Please select # of pigs you would like, can select half or whole pigs.  (Each whole pig will average 290 lbs of pork)  Slaughter date will be late fall.  Price is deposit ($125), plus CSA share of $205/month.  Buyer is responsible for all butchering costs.  Deposits are due by the end of January.  First CSA payment is due April 2022.
