Little Tree Palettte Order Form
Thank you for ordering our mask lanyards! 

The mask lanyards are sold per piece or in sets of 2 and 3. The item/s will be placed on a white/kraft card (depending on your preference). You can mix and match different colours/prints from the 3 Mask Lanyard collections. For example, include a Vanilla Mesh and Raspberry Tie-dye lanyard in one set.

You have two options when ordering:

a. Purchase assorted sets for fuss-free gifting, party giveaways, or bulk-orders. If you opt for this, we will include random colours/prints per set. No need to fill out Sets 1-10. Please proceed to the "requests" section at the bottom of the order form and provide the following details:

- age of recipients (to guide us in choosing the designs)
- number of mask lanyards per set 
- total number of sets (please note the specific quantity for males and females if applicable)

b. Choose specific colours/prints per set. Please indicate the colour/print and from which collection in the order form.

See example below and follow the format:

Mask Lanyard #: Collection - Colour/Print
Mask Lanyard 1: Printed - Tribal Diamond
Mask Lanyard 2: Mesh - Black For Him
Mask Lanyard 3: Tie-dye - Island Paradise

If you want to order multiple identical sets (for example, 10 sets with the designs above), just fill out Set 1 and indicate the total number of sets needed. 

For personalised orders, please provide all the necessary details such as names, message/s, etc. The draft of the card will be sent to you for approval. We will allow up to a maximum of 2 layout revisions. Otherwise, the hair ties will be placed in a standard card.

Kindly submit another form if you want to order more than 10 sets.

After you fill out this form, we will contact you within 1-3 days to confirm the availability of your chosen items before the order is processed.
