Level II Certification is valid for five years. In the fifth year, certificate holders should apply for renewal, even if they are in the progress of attaining Level III certification.

You must complete two of the items listed below during the five-year certification period and provide documentation to the committee chair. Documentation may include conference brochures listing you as a faculty member of presenter, a copy of your written work (article, lecture, lesson plans) and/or audio or video footage that is uploaded to a link or mailed as a DVD.

Faculty Instructor Experience (4 hours or more)

Published an article on Creative Motion in the Journal of Creative Motion or other publication or gave a lecture or presentation at a local, state or national conference.

Performed as a solo, duo or ensemble performer, accompanist or conductor in a public recital, concert or musical show where I actively employed Creative Motion principles and (if admissible) identified myself as a Creative Motion instructor in the program.

Completed a research paper on a problem or phase of Creative Motion.

Prepared a student in Creative Motion for a significant solo recital, comparable to a high school senior recital or a junior college recital.

Delivered a series of classroom or studio class lessons on Creative Motion.

Self-designed project, subject to the advance approval of the committee.

2. Send a check for $25 payable to Creative Motion Alliance marked as Certification Fee to the treasurer:
