The Enneagram and Holidays
Are you already feeling overwhelmed at the thought of the upcoming holidays? Learn how to use your Enneagram knowledge to become aware of the habits and patterns of behavior you exhibit during the holidays!
Learning the way you view the world and the way people you love view the world differently is guaranteed to improve your relationships with family, friends and co-workers...especially during the holidays!
During these four sessions, Emily will teach via Zoom for the first hour and then open the Zoom call up to discussion and questions for the next 30 minutes.
Session One: How each Enneagram type shows up during the holidays
Session Two: Expectations and Focus of Attention during the holidays (including a page of reflection questions to bring attention to what you focus on)
Session Three: What each Enneagram type avoids and how the Virtues and Vices show themselves during the holidays.
Session Four: After having a trial run of family time over Thanksgiving, we will join back together to discuss our wins and areas of growth as we move into December.
Participate in these live Zoom calls from the comfort of your home! (These will be recorded if you miss a session).

What if I miss a class?
It is ideal that you attend every class because the group discussion adds so much to the material but we will have video recordings of each of the teachings that we will send you.
Do I need to know my Enneagram type to take this class?
Yes, you will get the most out of the class if you know your type. However, you do not need to have deep Enneagram knowledge.
