Baltimore Harp Camp Registration 2024

Please fill out the below information. The completed form and the fee of $325 are due by July 1, 2024.  Payments can be sent using PayPal (jpharp@jpharp.com), Venmo (Jacqueline-Pollauf), Zelle (jpollauf@gmail.com), or by mailing a check. 

Separately from this form, all participants will need to fill out and sign a Waiver (required) and a Photo Release Form (optional). These forms can be filled out on the first day of camp.
