Neighborhood Leadership Cleveland (NLC) is a 19-week program
offered by the Neighborhood Leadership Institute in collaboration with the
Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University.
The program allows community residents to connect with a network of leaders who
provide support and promote citizen participation. To learn more about the

Application Process:
A committee of NLC alumni and Neighborhood Leadership Institute staff will
carefully review your application and conduct interviews. Candidates will be
accepted on a rolling basis and will be assessed on multiple factors including
the information in your application, recommendation letters, and interviews
along with specific criteria such as your active community involvement, diverse
background, and eagerness to join the program.
