President's AuthorizationPlease note that the submission of this form must be carried out either by the Association President or with their full knowledge and approval. This ensures that the delegate or proxy appointed genuinely represents the association's interests, and decisions are made with the association's leadership aware and supportive.
Declaration of AttendanceWe cordially invite all member associations to appoint a delegate who will effectively represent your organization at the IFLA APR Regional Council Meeting. This appointed delegate will have the opportunity to actively participate in discussions, contribute to decisions, and engage in initiatives that will significantly impact our regional council.
Observer ParticipationIn addition to the delegate, each member association has the option to send up to
three observers to physically attend the meeting. Furthermore, recognizing the significance of virtual participation, we extend the opportunity for an
unlimited number of observers to join the meeting virtually via Zoom.

Proxy DesignationIn the event that your appointed delegate is unable to attend, you have the option to designate a proxy to represent your association's interests. This form provides a section for proxy designation, guaranteeing that your association's voice is heard, even in the absence of your delegate.
