Bear Tie Ball 2018 Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us at Bear Tie Ball 2018!

Your assistance is helping us to host our largest fundraiser of the year and raise critical funds to support our mission to eliminate pediatric cancer and to provide hope and support to those who are touched by it.

Bear Tie Ball will take place at The Geraghty located at 2520 S. Hoyne Ave., Chicago, IL 60608

The evening will begin at 6:00pm, welcoming our guests for a cocktail reception and elite auction, followed by dinner, a program, Fund-The-Bear (paddle raise) and live auction. Following the program and auction, will be live entertainment, dessert and dancing till midnight!

 Daytime volunteers must be age 16 and older. Volunteers for the evening shifts must be 21 or older.

Please note that we will take into consideration your preferences on roles, but will assign volunteers as needed throughout the event. Volunteers may have multiple roles throughout the night.
