Workshop Title: Reimagining the Humanitarian Systems: From Critique to Collective Action Description:
Across the globe, calls for a "Humanitarian Reset" are challenging the status quo. Yet, young people and Youth-Led Organisations (YLOs) who act as first responders are often left out of core decision-making spaces. On the occasion of International Youth Day, join youth leaders from across South West Asia and North Africa (SWANA) for an immersive, 4-hour participatory workshop.
Using the Future Workshop methodology, we will move through three dynamic phases:- Critique: Unpacking the structural barriers in the current humanitarian system.
- Fantasy: Dreaming big and envisioning a truly youth-centred humanitarian future.
- Implementation: Exploring collective action through ChangeTheCode Campaign.
The workshop is intended as a starting point for deeper engagement in humanitarian reform and youth leadership efforts. Following the session, participants will be invited to connect with ongoing opportunities for collective advocacy at regional and global levels.

Selection and Commitment:
Space for this workshop is capped at 50 participants from SWANA Region to ensure an intimate, participatory environment. Selection to the workshop is based on its relevance to your experience and work. Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email with full details.
Note: Because this is an immersive 4-hour session built on active, experiential learning, full-time attendance and active participation are required for all phases.

- التنفيذ: استكشاف العمل الجماعي من خلال حملة ChangeTheCode.
تهدف الورشة إلى أن تكون نقطة انطلاق لمشاركة أعمق في جهود الإصلاح الإنساني والقيادة الشبابية. وبعد انتهاء الجلسة،
ستتم دعوة المشاركين إلى التواصل والمشاركة في الفرص المستمرة للمناصرة الجماعية على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي.
