Ship Restarts
It's about time we fixed the /restart command template ships. They're seriously years old, and quite out of date at this point. Here's what i'm asking. Use the template below, and fill out what you believe makes sense for the template ship to have.

You're free to turn in multiple forms. I'm asking for your help, since I really don't want to do it all myself, because I guarantee that I will get some facts wrong. The community is smarter than me as a single person by a longshot.
