Job Description – Esthetician
Responsibilities:
Evaluate clients' skin condition and recommend personalized skincare treatments
Develop and propose customized facial and waxing service plans based on client needs
Perform facials, extractions, peels, and other advanced skincare treatments
Provide expert waxing services for face and body
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products
Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and relaxing treatment environment
Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions
Assist with client checkouts and rebook appointments in scheduling software
Qualifications:
Experience working in a spa or wellness center preferred
Proficient in various facial treatments, skincare analysis, and waxing techniques
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional computer skills and ability to manage appointments
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
Ability to maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
Passion for delivering high-quality esthetic services tailored to client needs
Bonus if you have certifications or experience in: chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage, or other advanced skincare techniques.
