MCC All-Arizona Flute Choir Registration June 2 and 3, 2023
Registration fee is $15.00 paid through a "ticket" purchased through the MCC Purplepass link of the Box Office or a check made out to MCC Band Foundation  The All-Arizona Flute Choir concert  Saturday, June 3rd, at 5:00. Each participant will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the concert. Tickets are available to the public $5.00

PLEASE BE SURE TO PURCHASE YOUR PARTICIPATION TICKET AND COMPETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

Once accepted, students are expected to fully commit to all aspects of the All-Arizona Flute Choir and concert.  

After submitting this online registration form, please download and complete the Registration Packet and bring it with you June 2nd or email to allarizonaflutechoir@gmail.com. The Forms MUST be submitted prior to your participation. MCC All-Arizona Flute Choir Release Packet

The forms required include:

Code of conduct form
Medical consent form
Talent releases (authorizing photography and media)
Maricopa County Community College liability form


We will be accepting applications through May 10th. After May 10th please contact Christina Steffen at AllArizonaFluteChoir@gmail.com to see if you can be added after the deadline or for any questions you may have.
