2025 Point Breeze Community Market Vendor Application
Hello and welcome!!

The Point Breeze Community Market (PBCM) accepts applications year-round. We host and prioritize local producers including Farmers and Ranchers, Packaged Food Vendors, Unpackaged/Prepared Food Vendors, Handcrafted Artisans and Makers.  Vendors who can attend weekly are also prioritized. 
 
Where: Point Breeze Avenue between Reed and Wharton St
Dates:  Every Thursday, April 3rd - October 30th (including holiday markets)
Regular Market Hours: 3pm - 7pm 
Summer Market Hours (July to August): 4pm - 8pm 
We are open Rain or Shine

REQUIREMENTS
  • Permits - Food vendors must hold valid licenses and certifications for the City of Philadelphia Health Department or other state or county agency.
  • Insurance - All participants must supply a Certificate of General Business Liability insurance. You can secure insurance after you are accepted to the market(s), you do not need it to apply, but you must supply a COI before participating.
  • Equipment - 10” X 10” Tent, Tent Weights, and Table (or like item)

MARKET FEES (2025)
Flat Rate: ONE BUSINESS PER  10FT X 10FT SPACE, 
All fees are flat rates based on 10x10ft space but vary by specific product category. We do not charge a percentage of sales.
  • Farmers, Growers: $25 - $30 per market
  • Packaged Food & Grocery: $35 - $50 per market
  • Prepared Food & Crafts: $55 - $75 per market

APPLICATION PROCESS
  • Timing - Applications currently take 2 - 5 business days to process.
  • Acceptance - Acceptance is based on space availability, product quality, local sourcing, customer demand, product overlap, farm to non-farm vendor ratio, and our internal criteria.
  • Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee a spot at the market.
