STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Those who will fail to send their payments will have their orders automatically cancelled and will also be blocked/blacklisted. However, you may opt to pay for the cancellation fee of 25% total of your payment. By choosing this option, you can still order from us in the future.

LATE PAYMENT. Those who will fail to send their payments will have their orders on time automatically deduct  ₱150 per Day

BE PATIENT. All of our products are PRE-ORDER and will be coming directly from KOREA. If you cannot wait, please do not order.

ARRIVAL OF GOODS FROM KOREA. Arrival of goods in our PH address may take 4-5 weeks after shipment from Korea. Delays may occur without prior notice. This does not include the packing and shipping of goods from our place to yours which may take atleast 1 week upon arrival.

FULL PAYMENT must be made to process your orders. We do not accept downpayment unless otherwise stated.

FOLLOW THE PAYMENT DEADLINE. Orders that are not paid within the deadline will be automatically cancelled. If you cannot pay within the set deadline and would need an extension (maximum of 2 days only), kindly let us know immediately.

PAYMENT FORM. Do not forget to fill out the payment form once paid. No payment form, no processing of orders!
