注意事項 / Precautions

団体ツアーの実施回数には限りがあり、応募多数の場合は抽選を行います。そのため、お申し込みのご希望に沿えない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
参加お申し込み受付期間(ツアー希望日の2か月前の10日〜20日午後11時59分まで)以外でのお申し込みはお受けできません。
旅行代理店等の営利企業を介したお申し込みは受け付けられません。また、営利目的または販売促進に繋がる団体（旅行代理店・塾・予備校等）のお申し込みもお受けすることは出来ません。今後、営利性が認められると判断された場合は、申し込み後でも参加をお断りする場合がありますのでご了承ください。

Due to the limited number of group tours, a lottery will be held if there are too many applications. Therefore, we may not be able to meet your request.
You can apply for a tour reservation only from 12:00 AM of the 10th to 11:59 PM of the 20th two months before the tour.
Tours must be reserved directly, not using companies such as travel agencies. Please note that we may decline your participation even after you have applied, if we determine that your participation is for the purpose of profit making.

The campus tour is conducted only when both the group and the time / date meet the following criteria.
Please read the following text and check all that apply.

学校など非営利の団体からの申し込みであること / Applications must be from a non-profit organizations such as schools.

土曜日・日曜日の実施であること（平日は、祝日を含めてツアーを行っておりません。） / The tour is conducted only on Saturdays and Sundays (*no tours on weekdays and holidays).

実施希望日が2か月後であること / Applications must be submitted 2 months before your desired tour date.
