To help defend books from censorship attempts, VLA is soliciting and collecting
book "resumes" that are needed for the
Unite Against Book Bans Book Resumes Website. Thank you for your interest in helping us complete these resumes. A book resume includes a synopsis, reviews & praise, awards & accolades, and links to resources and relevant media. If available, a book resume can also include responses to challenges and/or an author statement. Including links (where possible) and a reference list in
APA format is welcome.

Please do not change the template or sample resume; duplicate the document before making changes with your information.
When completing the form, select no more than five (5) resumes at one time. Send completed resumes in Word Format to
fREADom2read@vla.org within ten (10) days of selection. Once the resume has been reviewed, it will be linked on the
VLA website.
Once a book is selected, the title is removed from this form. All titles are listed on the Intellectual Freedom/Book Resume section of the VLA website (listed above).
