If you're not accepted but we still love the vibes, you'll be automatically added to the waitlist. We will reach out via email with any cancellations or openings in the weeks leading to the event.
If sharing booth, both vendors need to be approved.
*Weather Policy*
This event is held rain or shine. *unless the weather is extremely severe; in that case, no refunds can be given* All vendors are expected to come prepared for the weather: bring weights, tarps, umbrellas, sunscreen, water, etc. As much as we'd love to, we can't control the weather but we sure can prepare for it!
All vendors are responsible for their own tents, lights, tables, chairs, displays, etc.
*Electricity + Wifi*
Depending on the location, wifi will be available, but come prepared in case it's not. For outdoor events, electricity is limited so if you need it, please let us know in advance. A $20 fee will apply.
Fee -
- Vendor Space (10x10): $85
- Food Truck (10x20): $100
Applications close March 22nd at 11:59pm. Once accepted you'll have 72 hours to send payment before the spot goes to the next person; if you need more time please let me know in advance.
