Nomination materials that are deemed excellent may be shared and highlighted through ISTE channels. By submitting a nomination for an award, ISTE reserves the right to reproduce information/photos/other content in ISTE publications and on the ISTE website. By submitting material that contains images of students and other individuals, you assume complete responsibility for obtaining appropriate release consent forms and permission to transfer these materials to ISTE. Further, the nominee agrees to the following: I do hereby irrevocably grant the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) the right to use my name, image, and submitted materials in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including news/editorial, promotional material, display, advertising, trade, exhibition, or commercial purposes. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images. I hereby release ISTE from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. ISTE is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement. I have read and understood this Agreement, and I am 18 years or older.
