AHA Team Manager & Locker Room Monitor Registration
Thank you for volunteering to be a Locker Room Monitor for your player's team this season! Please complete these steps after being identified by the Head Coach. The Team Manager will let you know when you are cleared through USA Hockey. Thank you! 

1. Register as a Manager/Volunteer through USA Hockey here (free). 

2. Apply for background screening (this takes 8-10 days to process). Screenings are needed every other year; if you're not sure when your screening expires, please type "need to check" in the Google form and wait to hear if needed. 

3. Submit your information using this Google Form. 

4. Complete SafeSport training (First time user course takes about 3 hours, but doesn't have to be completed in one session. The refresher course takes about 30 minutes). 

5. Team Managers will receive information from the Registrar. Locker Room Monitors will hear from their Team Managers.
