Centro Legal de la Raza's Diversity Legal Pipeline - Summer 2026
Thank you for your interest in Centro Legal de la Raza: Diversity Legal Pipeline! 

The Diversity Legal Pipeline (DLP) is designed to provide underrepresented students with pre-law support and mentoring. The DLP has a proactive approach to encourage underrepresented students to gain a better understanding of the law school application process. During the program students will receive admissions workshops, an LSAT overview, a simulated law class, presentation on careers in Law, a law school and law firm visit, several attorney panels, and more.

There is no cost to participate in the Diversity Legal Pipeline!

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
The program is projected to be presented live in Oakland from June 22-26 2026

The program will take place in Oakland at the Alameda County Law Library (+1 day fieldtrip). 

Youth Law Academy does not provide travel nor any other expenses for you to participate.

 CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:

1) Candidate must have completed at least two years of college/university work at the time of application. College graduates may apply within three years of college graduation.

2). Open to all regardless of citizenship.

3). Must either attend a California college/university or have graduated from a California high school. Priority will be given to those currently attending a community college or university in the San Francisco Bay Area.

4). Must attend the entire week of program from  June 22-26 2026 (9am-4pm).
