Tema e këtij konkursi foto është ‘’Liria e shprehjes , No Hate Speech’’:

 "Fjalimi i urrejtjes, sic është përcaktuar nga Këshilli i Evropës, mbulon të gjitha format e shprehjes të cilat përhapin, nxisin, promovojnë ose justifikojnë urrejtjen racore, ksenofobinë, antisemitizmin ose forma të tjera të urrejtjes të bazuara në intolerancë, duke përfshirë: intolerancë të shprehur nga nacionalizmi agresiv dhe etnocentrizmi, diskriminimi dhe armiqësia kundër pakicave, migrantëve dhe njerëzve me origjinë emigrante. "

Konkursi bën thirrje për fotot që kujtojnë forcën, potencialin dhe sfidat që personat e nënshtruar ndaj kësaj forme urrejtjeje janë të detyruar të ballafaqohen, në të gjithë diversitetin e tyre.
Fotot duhet të shprehin një rast ose perjetim vetjak të temës duke u përqëndruar tek rëndësia  e forcimit të të drejtave të barabarta për cdo qytetar pavarësisht pozicionit social.  Janë të mirëpritura fotot ku evidentohen situata (manifestime,aktivitete sociale,flashback,protesta etj) tek të cilat është e dukshme ‘’liria e shprehjes’’.

The theme of this photo contest is'' freedom of expression'' No Hate Speech:
"Hate speech, as defined by the Council of Europe, covers all forms of expression which spread, incite, promote or justify racial hatred, xenophobia, anti-Semitism or other forms of hatred based on intolerance, including: intolerance expressed by aggressive nationalism and ethnocentrism, discrimination and hostility against minorities, migrants and people of immigrant origin."

The competition calls for photos that recall the strength, potential and challenges that persons subjected to this form of hatred are forced to face, in all their diversity.
Photos should express a personal experience of the event or topic focusing on the importance of strengthening equal rights for every citizen regardless of social position. Photos are welcomed identify situations where (events, social activities, flashback, protests, etc.) to which it is apparent '' freedom of expression''.

The deadline for entries is 4 May 2014.
